For chair covers, remember, one
size does not fit all. There are hundreds of different styles of
'banqueting chair' meaning there is no such thing as a standard
chair.
If viewing the fit of
chair covers - view them at the venue on the actual chairs to be
used.
Square top chair covers do not
fit round top chairs.
Finish of a chair cover is as
important as the fit - check the standard of laundering/pressing.
If hiring chair covers on a DIY
basis - get a sample, do not rely on dimensions over the phone or
email, there are other factors which affect the fit of covers such
as the rake (angle) of the chair back, the distance of the seat pad
away from the chair back etc. which can make the difference between
a good fit and a poor fit.
If asking friends/family to help
out on the day remember to factor the time required, after all they
have to get ready as well. |
